RECIPE BBQ DUCK WITH RAMEN

Recipe from Wagamama. One of my favorite restaurants!

Poultry dishes from Japan for 2 persons, suitable for on or with a bbq dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp hoisinsauce
  • 1 duckbreast, with skin
  • 1 springonion, sliced
  • handfull roughly chopped coriander/cilantro
  • ramen for 2 persons
  • 2 pints of chickenstock

Preparation

Preheat oven to 250C/450F\

Carve the skin of the duckbreast and marinate in the hoisinsauce.

Grill the chicken in the oven, until done. Slice thinly.

Prepare the noodles according the package. Heat the stock.

Arrange the noodles on a soup plate, add stock. On top arrange the duck and sprinkle with koriander and spring onion.

Serve with soysauce and chilioil.
