Ingredients
Ancho Chili spice mixture, recipe follows
1 single chickenbreast, flattened
2 slices cheddar
1 onionroll
2 tbsp spicy
aioli
2 tbsp parsly, chopped
Ancho Spice mixture
1 or 2 dried chilis
1/2 tsp mild chili powder
1 tbsp spicy paprika
1 tsp cayenne
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tsp chilipaste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients for Ancho spice mixture and rub chicken with this. Marinate for a few hours or preferably overnicht in the fridge.
Prepare aioli according to recipe and add some cayenne, brown mustard, tomatopuree, cilantro and lime juice. Mix well.
Grill chicken until done and melt cheese on top.
Slice onionroll and on bottom part arrange chicken and cheese, then some aioli and the other half of the roll.
Serve with fresh fries.
