Ingredients

salt
1/2 pnd fresh tagliatelle or other pasta you like
1/2 cup extra virgine oliveoil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp good oregano

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package.

In saucepan heat oliveoil on low heat, add garlic and chili. Bring to taste with salt.

Toss garlic oil with pasta and sprinkle with oregano.
