Ingredients
Vegetarian, veganistic and vedic
1 1/2 pound potatoes
1 pound sauerkraut
1 package smoked tofu
2 tbsp oil
5 dried tomatoes
2 dried tomatoes on oil
fresh ground pepper
3 tbsp pine-tree seeds
Preparation
Boil potatoes well-cooked. When ready, mash with some boiling water and pepper.
Drain the sauerkraut, and cut in smaller pieces.
Heat up the oil, and fry the (chopped in pieces) tofu crispy and brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes and tomatoes in oil, then add pine-tree seeds. Let it simmer for a few minutes, stir regularly.
Mix sauerkraut and mashed potatoes, then add tofu mixture.
Stir it and enjoy your meal.
