Ingredients
Some fresh orange juice
A mix of you favorite fruits like (frozen):
passion fruit, (scoop out 'meat' and freeze)
strawberries,
blueberries,
raspberries,
cherries,
peach,
Add what you like and how much you like. To thicken you can always add a banana.
Preparation
Put fruit in a blender with some icecubes and blend until fine. Add some orange juice (or mixtures of juice) so its a 'milkshake' thickness.
Serve in a large glass with a straw.
Great on a hot day!
