Ingredients
1 cup of couscous
1 chickenstock cube
1 red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 courgette, cubed
1 tbsp harissa
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp fenegric seeds
3 spring onions, finely sliced
1 handful of herbs, chopped (basil, parsley, etc.)
Preparation
Prepare couscous according packages, prepare with chickenstock instead of water!
Saute onion and garlic for a minute, add harissa, cumin and fenegric. Then add courgette and up the heat. Bring to taste with salt and pepper.
Lower heat. Add couscous and stir in well, if necessary add more salt.
Last stir in the herbs and spring onion. Serve immediately with lambkebabs or something.
