Ingredients
White sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
Scampi sauce
1 pnd butter
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chickenstock
3/4 cup white wine
1 cup water
1/4 cup white sauce
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp italian herbs (oregano, basil, sage)
salt and pepper to taste
1 pnd chickenbreast, sliced
1 pnd pasta, your favorite, cooked
1 bellpepper green, 1 red and 1 yellow, cut in strips
1 red onion, thinly sliced
10 cloves garlic
Preparation
White sauce
Melt butter on low heat, add flour and stir until a smooth mixture forms. Add milk little by little until the lumps disappear.
The Scampi Sauce
Melt butter on low heat, add garlic, herbs and chili flakes. Leave for about 2 mins, add wine, water and stock. Mix well, then add white sauce. Stir in until it thickens.
Chicken and stuff
Saute garlic in some oil on low heat until soft, about 20 mins. with the lid on!
Saute peppers and onion and keep separate. Then the chicken until done.
Mix pasta with sauce then add chicken, garlic and peppers and mix well.
Serve and enjoy.
