Preparation

Saute 1/4 pnd lean beef cubes and 1/2 chopped onion in a little oil on low heat, leave with lid on for about 20 minutes. Then add 1/2 tbsp tomatopuree, 1 tomato, cubed, 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped and some garlic powder. Leave to simmer for about 2 hours with the lid on.

Serve with rice.
