RECIPE VEGETABLE STEW

Recipe for a vegetable stew, with some chicken for a full low fat meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pnd chickenfillet, in strips
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • some paprika powder
  • 1 tomato, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 cup stock
  • 1 cup chopped, hard, vegetables like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.

Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika, saute in some oil. Add vegetables, tomato, thyme and stock. Let simmer for about 10 minutes, until veggies are done.
