RECIPE STIR FRIED CHICKEN WITH GARLICSAUCE

Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 1 tbsp chickenstock powder
  • 1 tbsp oystersauce
  • 4 tbsp soysauce
  • 2 tsp sesameoil
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sesameseeds
  • 1 large chickenbreast sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 broccoli stalk, cut up
  • 1/2 zuchinni, cubed
  • 1 large red onion, cut in eight pieces
  • 1/2 tin water chestnuts
  • dash of ricewine

Preparation

Mix all ingredients for the sauce.

Heat oil in wok, stir fry chicken until done and take out.

Heat wok again and deglaze with ricewine, add vegetables and put lid on pan to steam vegetables, about 1 minute.

Add 1/2 the sauce, will sizzle a lot when its hot enough. Add garlic.

Mix rest of sauce with starch.

Add chicken to hot sauce and add starch mixture with sesameseeds. Stir until thick enough. Serve immediately with rice.
