RECIPE SPAGHETTI WITH ARUGULA

Pasta dishes from Italy for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pnds spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 pnt cream
  • 2 ounces walnuts, pealed and choppped
  • 1/4 pnd goats cheese, crumbled
  • 3 ounces arugula
  • 2 ounces shredded parmezan
  • 1 tbsp butter

Preparation

Cook pasta al dente, according to package.

Bring cream to a light boil and let it reduce slightly. Add cheese to cream and leave to melt, add salt and pepper to taste.

Drain pasta and toss with butter. Add arugula and toss again. Add sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
