RECIPE PASTA WITH BEEF AND GOATS CHEESE

Recipe for a rich pasta with goats chees

Pasta dishes from Italy for 2 persons

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pnd minced beef
  • 1 shalot, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 pnd pasta, cooked
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche
  • 2 oz goats cheese
  • some butter

Preparation

Melt butter in saute pan, saute mince and shallot and stir in tomato puree. Add basil and creme fraiche and simmer for a few minutes.

Then stir in goatscheese and melt. When melted add pasta and toss to coat.

Serve with a salad.
