RECIPE PASTA MET PORCINISAUCE

Pasta dishes from Italy for 2 persons

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pnd pasta, cooked al dente
  • 1 handfull dried porcini, soaked
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 sjalot, chopped
  • 1/4 porcini stock cub
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • handfull mixed herbs like parsley and chives, chopped
  • salt and peper to tast
  • handull shredded parmesan

Preparation

Drain porcini and chop roughly.

Saute sjalot and garlic in some oil, about 2 mins, add procini and saute another minute. Add cream en stock cube, leave to simmer and bring to taste with salt and pepper. It can be pretty salty cause its gonna be mixed with the pasta.

Take of heat and stir in herbs, then toss sauce with pasta and sprinkle with parmesan.

Serve immediately.
