RECIPE GARLIC PASTA

Recipe for a great garlicy dish with walnuts and almonds and of course garlic!

Pasta dishes from Italy for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup oliveoil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (or more if you like)
  • 4 ansjovis, chopped
  • freshly grated parmesan, optional
  • 4 tbsp chopped parsley
  • pasta for 4, about 1 pnd, cooked

Preparation

Chop nuts in machine.

Saute garlic in oil in a large pan. Add nuts and saute for another 10 mins. Until slightly colored. Add ansjovis, then add garlic and warm through.

Toss with fresh parsley and parmesan.

Serve hot.
