RECIPE PANDA EXPRESS ORANGE CHICKEN

Poultry dishes from China for 8 persons, suitable for for children or prepare with children.

Ingredients

  • 2 pnds chickenbreast, sliced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • white pepper
  • oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 spring onions sliced
  • some dried chilis (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp rice wine
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Orange chicken Sauce
  • 2 tsp orange rind
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp light soy

Preparation

Mix egg, salt, peper and oil, then add flour, finally add chicken and mix until fully covered.

For the sauce mix all ingredients well and warm up.

Deep fry chicken in hot oil. Leave on some paper towels.

Heat a wok, add oil, ginger amd garlic, stir fry for a few seconds, add chili and spring onion. Then the rice wine, then the sauce and bring to boil. Add chicken and serve immediately.
