RECIPE PIQUANT CHICKEN

Poultry dishes from The Netherlands for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 5 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp kecap (indonesian soy sauce)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp worchestershiresauce
  • 1 bottle tomatoe ketchup
  • 1 tsp sambal ulek (indonesian chilly paste)
  • oil or butter

Preparation

Put the oil or butter in a pan, and fry the chicken. Clean and chop onions and garlic, fry with chicken 'till it's colored. When everything is well-cooked, add the other ingredients and heat it well. Accompanies fine with wild rice.
PS. If chilly paste is too spicy for your taste, just leave it out.
