Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 clove garlic, grated
  • 1/2 bunch fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 cup oliveoil
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • pepper, salt to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender and gradually add oil and vinegar. Bring to taste with salt and pepper.
