RECIPE GREEK SALAD DRESSING

Recipe for a greek salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup good oliveoil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsl lemonjuice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp dille, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • some freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and leave overnight. Use in a fresh salad.
