RECIPE CHILIAN STEW

Recipe for a stew.

Low Fat dishes from Chili for 1 person

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lean beef, cubed
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup stock
  • pinch of thyme, oregano and salt
  • 2 oz each of carrot, green beans, leek, cauliflower and potato (in small pieces)

Preparation

Saute beef in som oil with onion and garlic. Add stock, thyme, oregano and salt.

Let this simmer for 30 minutes, then add vegetables and simmer until done.

Serve with rice.
