RECIPE CHICKEN WITH PETEH BEANS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pnd chickenbreast, sliced
  • 1/2 pnd peteh beans
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 30 cl sweet soy
  • 5 tbsp soyabean oil
  • 1 red chili
  • salt, pepper and sugar to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 30 cl water

Preparation

Chop chili finely. Halve peteh beans. Heat oil and garlic together, add chicken, lime leaves, chili and beans. Add soy and water. Bring to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
