RECIPE CEVAPCICI

Tapas dishes from Yugoslavia , suitable for on or with a bbq dish, for children or prepare with children.

Ingredients

  • 1 pnd ground lamb
  • 1 pnd ground beef
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 5-6 drops tabasco/hotsauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3-4 tbsp stock

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and make into mini sausages, size them like a finger. Cool in refridgerator, then you can either grill them on bbq or freeze them.

Serve with red onion rings and ajvar (Yugoslavian paprika sauce/relish). You can also serve with bread like pita's or grill french bread.
