Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp good ev olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped/crushed
  • 4 slices thick fresh bread
  • 1 very ripe vine tomato, cut in half

Preparation

Mix oil with garlic. Roast bread, spread garlic/oil mixture over bread. Then squeeze and rub tomato over bread. If you like roast some more.

Serve as an appetizer, maybe with some Iberico Ham.
