RECIPE NOODLES WITH SPICY SATAY PEANUT SAUCE

Noodle dishes from Indonesia for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 1 package of egg noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro/coriander
  • 3 tbsp peanutbutter
  • 1/3 cup ketjap asin (indonesian soy)
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp ricewine
  • 1 tsp spicy chili oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation

Prepare noodles according to package.

Make a paste of the rest of the ingredients in blender or something, then heat up over low heat. Mix wel with noodles.

Serving suggestions:

- add some marinated beef-, pork- or chickenbreast strips
- add some steamed veggies
