RECIPE CHICKEN WITH SESAME

Poultry dishes from Japan for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 1 pnd chickenbreast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 chili, minced
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soysauce
  • 2 tbsp chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp lemonjuice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp sesameseeds

Preparation

Stir fry chicken in hot wok for about 5 mins. Add garlic, chili and springonions and stir fry another 2 mins. Add soy, stock and lemonjuice. Taste and add salt and pepper to your liking. Stir well.

Roast sesamseeds in dry pan and sprinkle over chicken.

Serve with chow mein or other noodles.
