RECIPE CARPACCION WITH ARUGULA

Recipe for a warm carpaccio with arugula

Meat dishes from Italy for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 1 pnd thinly sliced beef (filet mignon or something)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 pnd arugula

Preparation

Mix oil with garlic.

Preheat grill to max. Divide beef over 4 heat-proof plates. Brush with garlic and oil and grill for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mushrooms and arugula.

You can also use a dressing with Italian herbs, oil and good balsamic vinegar.

Suggestion: sprinkle with freshly shaved parmesan and roasted pinenuts.

Suggestion 2: also grill mushrooms.
