RECIPE SPANISH CHICKEN

Poultry dishes from Spain for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 4 chickenlegs
  • 1 pnd ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 red and 2 green bellpepeprs, chopped
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 4 large onions, chopped
  • 1 can tomatopuree
  • 1-2 chilis, chopped finely
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown chicken and take out of pan, add onion, garlic, peppers and chili and saute for a few minutes. Then add beef and fry until done and well separated. Add tomatopuree and simmer for a few minutes. Add chicken and simmer for another 30 minutes until chicken is well done and softened from bone.

Serve with rice and cucumbersalad.
