Preparation

Chop 3 shallots and slice 4 oz zucchini, chop 1 bellpepper and 2 potatoes and mince 1 clove of garlic.

Saute garlic and shallots and add the rest of the vegetables. Then add 1/4 of a chickenstock cube and some thyme and 1 1/2 tbsp water. Simmer for about 25 minutes with the lid on. Finally add 2 oz. ham cubes and warm through.
