RECIPE DIJON PESTO STEAK

Recipe with pesto meets France ;-)

Meat dishes from France for 6 persons, suitable for on or with a bbq dish, for christmas and other holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 6 steaks

Preparation

Make a pesto from the basil, mustard, walnuts and garlic and use some oil to get it together. Use a food processor or blender.

Grill steak on bbq or griddle to your liking. Leave to rest for a few minutes then slice thinly.

Serve drizzled with sauce.
