RECIPE CHINESE GARLIC SAUCE

Recipe for a garlic stir fry sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp grated garlic
  • 3 tbsp oystersauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup chickenstock

Preparation

Heat wok until hot, add oil then add ginger and garlic, stir fry for a second or two, don't let it burn, then add oystersauce and stock and let simmer for a few minutes.

Use as a stirfry sauce, add last minute and warm through.
