RECIPE BEEF TERIYAKI

The best beef would ofcourse be Japanse Wagyu beef.

Meat dishes from Japan , suitable for on or with a bbq dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 ounce beansprouts
  • 1 1/2 ounce snowpeas
  • salt
  • 4 ribeyes or similar beef
  • 6 tbsp shredded apple
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 cup soysauce
  • 1 cup sake
  • 1/2 cup mirin
  • 1 1/2 ounce sugar

Preparation

For sauce, mix ingredients and let sugar dissolve in a pan on low heat. Use immediately or let cool and store in refridgerator.

Slice mushrooms and clean beansprouts and snowpeas.

Sprinkle salt on beef and let it get to roomtemperature in about 15 mins.

Stir fry vegetables for about 2-3 minutes until just done, keep warm.

Heat oil in pan and sear beef on both sides, add apple and sauce, heat up until the sauce starts to bubble. Then serve immediately. With rice.
