RECIPE ASPARAGUS WITH SMOKED SALMON

Low Fat dishes from The Netherlands for 1 person, suitable for for christmas and other holidays.

Ingredients

  • 5 asparagus
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • a little butter
  • 3 ounces smoked salmon

Preparation

Prepare asparagus until just done.

Lightly scramble eggs in butter until solid. You can add fresh herbs if you like.

Preheat plate. Layer asparagus on plate next to asparagus arrange eggs and thin slices of salmon.

Serve.
