RECIPE SZECHUAN BEEF

Meat dishes from China for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 1 pnd thin egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 pnd beef, in thin strips
  • 2 small green bell peppers, in strips
  • 1/3 cup oystersauce
  • 2 tbsp soy
  • 1 1/2 tsp chilipaste
  • 1/2 pnd beansprouts
  • 3 tomatos, skinned and chopped
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 5-6 springonions, chopped

Preparation

Prepare noodles according to package. Heat wok with oil, add onions, then garlic, ginger and meat. Stir fry until meat browns. Add bell pepper and oystersauce, soy, chilipaste and stirfry for 2 mins. Finally add tomato and beansprouts and heat through.

Then toss with noodles and sprinkle with spring onions.
