RECIPE SUNDRIED TOMATO VINAIGRETTE

Recipe for this great vinaigrette with a lot of sweetness from the sundried tomatos.

Sauces and dressings from Italy , suitable for on or with a bbq dish, for christmas and other holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup fresh oregano
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomato paste (sundried tomatos with oil blended to paste)
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/4 cup olive oil (garlic scented if you have)

Preparation

Puree all ingredients (except oil) in blender then slowly add oil until desired thickness.

Serve on a salad but also great as a dip.
