RECIPE SPICY ITALIAN SAUSAGE

Recipe for Italian sausage, use in pasta dishes, crumbled on a pizza or on a sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 dried chili
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 2 pnds pork mince
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp italian herbs
  • 1/3 cup dry red wine
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well in a large dish. Form mince in to sausages.

Saute or grill sausages and serve how you like.
