RECIPE SPAGHETTI

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. porkfillet, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 oz. green beans
  • 3 oz. carrots
  • 3 oz. couliflower florets,
  • 1/4 cup stock
  • 3 oz. spaghetti, cooked

Preparation

Saute pork in some oil, add onion and garlic. Cut vegetables in bitesize pieces and add to meat, add stock and simmer for about 10 minutes until veggies are done. Add cooked spaghetti and toss with the rest, add salt and pepper to taste.
