Ingredients

  • 2 tomatos, seeded and skinned
  • 5 shallots, chopped
  • 5 chilis
  • 9 birdseye chilis
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tsp trassi (shrimppaste)
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Pound tomato, chilis to a paste.

Heat oil and saute this paste with the trassi for about 5 minutes, bring to taste with salt and maybe some sugar.
