RECIPE GARLIC ROASTED CHICKENBREAST

Ingredients

  • 2 chickenbreasts with skin
  • 1 1/4 tsp dried sage
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  • about 15 cloves garlic, unpealed
  • 1/2 cup white wine

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200C/380F. Sprinkle chicken with sage, pepper and salt. Heat oil in ovenproof pan and saute chicken quickly on all sides until golden.

Boil garlic in some water and peal.

Layer garlic around chicken and add wine, cover with tin foil and put in hot oven for about 10 mins. After 10 mins take of tin foil and brush chicken with juices. Leave for another 8 mins, until done. Take chicken out of pan, reduce sauce for a bit and if you like add a lump of butter. Slice chicken and serve.
