RECIPE FISH TACOS

Fried fish in een soft taco with lettuce, salsa and hotsauce.

Sandwich dishes from Mexico for 1 person, suitable for for children or prepare with children.

Ingredients

  • 2 soft tacos
  • about 150 grams cod, cubed
  • flour
  • some onion-, garlic- and cayennepowder
  • peper and salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp of your favorite salsa
  • a handfull of shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Preparation

Mix flour with garlic-, onion, etc and coat fish cubes.

Deepfry fish for a few minutes in hot oil.

Divide lettuce over 2 tacos. Place fish on top of lettuce and drizzle with salsa and hotsauce.

Optional add some grated cheddar.
