RECIPE CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 slices Emmenthaler cheese
  • 4 chickenbreasts, flattened
  • 4 slices ham
  • some spice mustard

Preparation

Rub one side of flattened chicken with mustard, layer with ham and cheese and fold together. Hold together with toothpicks.

Grill chicken until done on both sides. Rub grill side with butter and salt and pepper when turning rub with butter again.

Serve on a roll with some spicy salsa. Or with mash.
