RECIPE BOULANGERE PATATOES

Very easy and yummy recipe!

Vegetable dishes from France for 4 persons, suitable for on or with a bbq dish, for christmas and other holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound pealed patatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed/chopped
  • 1 cup chicken/vegetable stock
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt, pepper
  • 4 pcs tin foil, about 1x1 ft.

Preparation

Preheat oven, 180C/360F.

Divide patatoes over pcs tinfoil, in the centre. Also divide garlic, onion and thyme over patatoes.

Fold the tin foil together (corners), add some stock and on top some butter. Then seal the packages.

Roast in the oven for about 15-20 mins until patatoes are done.
