RECIPE TERIYAKI SAUCE

Recipe for this Japanese sauce, great with Grilled chicken or salmon.

Sauces and dressings from Japan , suitable for on or with a bbq dish, for children or prepare with children.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp soy
  • 2 tbsp rice wine
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 clove garlic, grated

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and let stand for a few hours.

You can use as a marinade and/or as a baste while grilling. You can also thicken by bringing to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.
