RECIPE SESAME DIP

Recipe for a dip, used often in japanese restaurants.

Sauces and dressings from Japan , suitable for on or with a bbq dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sesameseeds
  • 2 tbsp dashi (1/2 tsp dashi dissolved in water)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • soy to your liking

Preparation

Grind seeds and garlic to a paste, add dashi and soy to your liking. If you like add some sesame oil.

Let stand for a few hours.

Keeps well in the fridge.
