Melt butter and oil in pan, saute onion and garlic for a minute then take out the onion and garlic. In remaining oil/butter saute chicken to seal. Add garlic/onion mixture and add stock and bourbon. Put lid on pan and saute untill done. Add salt and peer to taste.
Serve with rice.
