Recipe for the best fish and chips you've ever had, not deepfried but grilled tuna and roasted potatoes.

for 4 persons

Ingredients
4 tunasteaks, 1/4 pnd each
4 large potatoes, pealed cut in wedges
4 cloves garlic, pealed, whole
1 tsp sea salt
2 chilis
about 4 tbsp mayo
1 tsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp oliveoil
2 tbsp peppercorns, crushed

Preparation
Cook potatoes until just done.

Mash garlic to a paste with salt, chop chilis fine and mix with mayo and parsley.

Coat potatoes with oil and roast in oven or on bbq until golden and sprinkle with salt.

Press tuna in crushed pepper and rub with oil and season with salt. Grill to your liking, preferably very red in the middle.

Serve with potato wedges and garlic mayo.
