Roasted Garlic with Shallot and Steak

Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan and reduce to half, add 2 stoks and reduce to about 1/2 cup.
Preheat oven to 180C/480F. Roast cloves, mushrooms and shallots in some tin foil and oliveoil for about 30 minutes. When done sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Saute steaks to your liking.
Bring sauce to boil take of heat and whisk in cold butter cubes.
Drizzle sauce around steaks and arange roasted garlic, shallots and mushrooms around meat.
