Ingredients

100 grams of the best tuna, sashimi grade, preferable a square piece
fresh, roughly ground pepper
some gr. nut oil
Ponzusaus

Preparation

Rub the tuna with oil and rub with pepper.

Heat pan until hot. Sear tuna on each side for about 10 secs. Slice thinly and serve with ponzusauce.
