Recipe for a sourkraut ovendish.

Ingredients
1 pnd sourkraut
1 pnd ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp chilipaste
1 tbsp dijon mustard
about 5 slices pineapple (more/less if you like)
enough potato mash to cover dish
gravy or melted butter (optional)
shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
Rinse sourkraut.
Saute beef with onion, garlic and chilipaste. When done prepare ovendish.
Layer in ovendish from bottom to top: sourkraut, pineapple, beef, mustard, mash, butter/gravy and cheese.
Bake in oven at 175C/350F for about 45 minutes.
