This version of Yakitori is glazed with a miso sauce.

Ingredients
2 pnds chicken thighs, fileted
4 springonions, chopped in pcs 1 1/ inch
Miso Sauce
4 ounces miso
1 1/2 ounce sugar
3 tbsp sake
2 tbsp mirin (or sweet sherry)
Preparation
Mix ingredients for sauce and on low heat let dissolve. This makes for several meals and keeps wel refridgerated.
Skewer chicken with spring onion. Grill until done, meanwhile baste sauce but make sure not to let it burn.
Finally sprinkle with sesameseeds.
