Ingredients
4 chickenbreast, with skin
2 tbsp oil
16 cloves garlic, blanched and sliced
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp fresh sage, minced
juice of 1 1/2 lemon
1 tsp chopped italian parsly (flatleaf)/oregano
Preparation
Preheat oven to 225C/380F. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in large pan, saute chicken skin side down and sear, turn over and brown on both sides. Leave until done in the oven.
In a sauce pan heat butter, sage and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chicken and potatoes.
