RECIPE TUNA TATAKI

Great dish, kinda like sashimi but better!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of the best tuna, sashimi grade, preferable a square piece
  • fresh, roughly ground pepper
  • some gr. nut oil
  • Ponzusaus

Preparation

Rub the tuna with oil and rub with pepper.

Heat pan until hot. Sear tuna on each side for about 10 secs. Slice thinly and serve with ponzusauce.
